Abstract

This research general issue is how performance teachers in SMPN 5 Ketahun. The special problem in this research is how performance teachers in SMPN 5 Ketahun in the plan study, actuating of study, evaluate follow-up and study result of study evaluation?. The general purpose of this research is evaluating teachers performance in SMPN 5 Ketahun. And the special purpose of this research is to evaluate teacher performance in SMPN 5 Ketahun in the planing study, actuating of study, evaluate follow-up and study result of study evaluation. The result of this research is teachers of SMPN 5 Ketahun have good peformance. In general conclusion of this research is performance teachers in SMPN 5 Ketahun can be categorized by goodness. And the special conclusion is performance teachers in SMPN 5 Ketahun in the plan study have good, in actuating of study have good category, in study evaluation have category enough, and in follow-up result of study evaluation have good category. Performance teachers SMPN 5 Ketahun in the plan study, actuating of study, evaluate study and follow-up result of study evaluation still have to be improve.
