PEMBENTUKAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDes) TERKAITDENGAN SISTEM PERIZINAN ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION (OSS)

Abstrak

The formation of Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system has significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the licensing process for BUMDes. This system allows BUMDes to easily and quickly submit and receive licenses, thereby enabling them to focus more on business development and increasing community income. However, this study also found several challenges faced in implementing the OSS system for BUMDes, including technical issues, lack of public awareness about the online licensing system, and inadequate infrastructure support. Therefore, this study recommends that the government should increase public awareness about the online licensing system and improve infrastructure to support the effective implementation of the OSS system. In summary, this study shows that the OSS system has great potential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of BUMDes licensing processes. However, the implementation of the OSS system also requires better attention and support from the government and the public to overcome the challenges faced. This study aims to contribute to the development of more effective strategies for improving community welfare through BUMDes.
