IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS DENGAN KONEKTIFITAS POLI PADA PUSKESMAS SUKAMERINDU KOTA BENGKULU

Abstract

Abstract  Puskesmas is one of the health service units, which is responsible for maintaining the health of the community in its working area. Every patient who has treatment has records and documents that contain patient identity, medication and actions given to patients. These documents and records are called Medical Records. Puskesmas staff in searching medical records files then made a system that has been computerized. Information system created to improve the quality of puskesmas services. The system created uses the MYSQL PHP programming language in its making where an analysis of the running system is then performed and designed the system to be made.
