This study aims to determine the ability of 19 endophytic fungus isolates from pepper as biological control agents. As a disease variable such as distribution in plant tissues and the ability of inhibitory power to Septobasidium spp. Observations were also made on agronomic components such as seed germination, shoot length, shoot diameter and root length. The treatment on this experiment is consists of 19 endophytic fungus isolates, the treatment unit containing 10 pepper / pot seeds arranged in a completely randomized design was repeated 3 times. The results obtained 6 endophytic fungus isolates that have strong inhibitory effect on Septobasidium spp and do not cause adverse effects on plants in the form of Gliocladium sp. Aspergillus flavus, A. niger, Fusarium spp., Trichoderma spp. and T. harzianum. Among six sample above, two of them were Gliocladium sp. and T. harzianum increase plant growth ranging from 27-29%.
