The introduction must answer the research question of your article. Please make sure that the introduction section provides well-balanced, current, and relevant citations. Avoid/ minimize citing old references (more than 10 years old), but cite the first finding that relates to your research although it is more than 10 years old. The introduction should end with the purpose of your research, which usually meets the gap of current related knowledge, or answers your research question. The introduction must be written using 750 to 1000 characters. It should be written using TIME NEW ROMAN 12 with line numbering.

It should mention the time and place of research in the first part. All materials and methods that used such chemicals for analysis, treatment, and experimental design must be stated clearly and briefly. Write what you did in the past tense. If you did a new method, describe very clearly step by step so another researcher can reproduce your method. But if you employed an established method, explain briefly and clearly write the reference you cited so another researcher can find out more detailed information regarding the method. All the parameters and statistical methods must be written apparently. Materials and methods must be written using 400 to 600 characters. It should be written using TIME NEW ROMAN 12.

Results should present the findings of your research in a logical order. Do not duplicate data in different types, but summarize what readers will find in your data. Include a statistical analysis of your data, usually using a p-value to show significant differences. Avoid hiding or keeping your data for separately another publication because this may lead to losing evidence to reinforce the conclusion.

The discussion must be the interpretation of your results, clearly write what your results mean. This section is the most important part of your manuscript and discusses the data in order of the most to less important. Compare your results with other studies to convince your data if they are consistent. But if you find a work which is disagreement with yours, you must confront it to convince the reader that your data is correct or better. Discuss your data comprehensively by linking the data with each other, to support your hypothesis. Explaining the weakness or limitation of your study may improve your manuscript quality by showing the readers that you have an in-depth understanding of your research and thinking objectively. Finally, emphasize your finding, what is new and why it is important, and suggest future studies that need to be carried out.

Write your conclusion clearly so the reviewers and the readers can easily judge the merits of your work. Do not repeat the abstract or just listing to the results, and avoid statistical statements in this section. Provide a clear scientific justification that can answer your research question. You can also suggest future experiments based on your conclusion. The conclusion must be written using 40 to 80 characters and it should be written using Times NEW ROMAN 12.
