PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN ADMINISTRASI SD NEGERI 12 MERAPI BARAT

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in improving the effectiveness of administrative management at SD Negeri 12 Merapi Barat. The main problems faced include lack of coordination between employees, low work motivation, and limited supporting facilities in school administration. The principal leadership factor has a significant influence in creating a conducive and effective work environment, through the application of a participatory leadership style and providing clear direction. This study recommends improving the competence of principals in managerial and leadership aspects, as well as utilizing information technology to facilitate the administrative process. With these steps, it is hoped that the effectivenessof administrative management at SDNegeri 12 MerapiBarat can increase, thus supporting the achievement of educational goals optimally.
