The Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Bengkulu City Social Service. This research aims to determine (1) the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Organizational Culture on Leadership Style; (3) the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance. The population of this study was Bengkulu City Social Service employees, totaling 22 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, websites and documents. The data analysis techniques used in the research are Instrument Test and Path Analysis Test. The research results show that there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with an R Square of 0.688. There is a positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Leadership Style with an R Square of 0.795. The results of research on Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Leadership Style show that Leadership Style is a variable that can mediate between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance with a probability value of 0.0009 < 0.05, so Leadership Style can mediate the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. From the research results we can conclude that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of good Organizational Culture on improving Leadership Style in the Bengkulu City Social Service; 2) There is a significant influence of good leadership style on improving employee performance at the Bengkulu City Social Service.
