Abstrak

The main problem of this research is how to implement the regional regulation (PERDA) of Bengkulu Province Number 2 of 2019 Concerning the Implementation of Road Traffic and Transportation. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The locations in this study were the Bengkulu Province Transportation Service Office and the Grab Bengkulu Office. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Bengkulu provincial regional regulation policy number 2 of 2019 regarding the implementation of road traffic and transportation (Case Study of PT. Grab Indonesia, Bengkulu Branch) can be said to be less than optimal. This is seen in terms of the statements of several informants who said they were disappointed in using Grab online transportation due to the fact that there were still some unscrupulous drivers who did not meet the requirements such as including the driver's telephone number that did not match what was in the application besides that there were also unscrupulous online transportation drivers who operated using the different vehicles listed in the application besides that often the identity of the driver when picking up passengers at the location point of the driver's identity is different.
