The main problem of this research is the formulation of the problem in this research, namely How is the Evaluation of the Implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the Productive Age Health Service Program at the Rimbo Kedui Community Health Center, Seluma Regency? Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the productive age health service program at the Rimbo Kedui Community Health Center aims to reduce the number of chronic diseases in people aged 15-59 years. However, the evaluation shows several obstacles. Human resources (HR) are not of sufficient standard, infrastructure is still lacking, and outreach to the community has not been effective, so community participation is low. Program implementation is often lumped in with other services, reducing its effectiveness. This program requires improvements in human resources, facilities and outreach strategies so that goals can be achieved and provide optimal benefits for the community.
