Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check their submissions against all of the following items, and submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to the author.
The manuscript has not been previously published, and has not been submitted to another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file must be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses 12-point font; uses italics, not underlining (except in URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at appropriate points, not at the end.
The text adheres to the style and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines , which are available in the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in the Blind Review editorial have been followed.

Authors who publish their articles in the Jendela Hukum dan Keadilan journal agree to the following terms:
Authors as creators and copyright holders grant the journal a right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
Authors may make additional, separate contractual arrangements to distribute non-exclusive versions of the work published by the journal (e.g., uploading it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
