Tentang Jurnal Ini

Mimbar: Jurnal Penelitian Sosial dan Politik ISSN: 2252-5270 (print), 2620-6056 (online) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal published by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH. The journal focuses on research in social and political sciences, particularly in public policy, governance, and socio-political development.

This journal provides immediate open access to all published content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction with proper attribution.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Based on editorial statistics from the last three years, the journal has maintained an average manuscript acceptance rate of 36%, reflecting its commitment to publishing high-quality and impactful scholarly research. The journal adopts a continuous publication model while maintaining two issues each year: Number 1 (January–June) and Number 2 (July–December). Accepted articles are published online immediately upon completion of the editorial and production process and are assigned to the current issue.

Mimbar: Jurnal Penelitian Sosial dan Politik is indexed in Google Scholar, Garuda, Copernicus and has been nationally accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (SINTA 5).

We invite researchers to submit their original research articles in English for consideration in Mimbar: Jurnal Penelitian Sosial dan Politik. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process, in which each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers who are unaware of the authors’ identities.

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Submitted manuscripts can be uploaded directly through the platform, where authors are able to monitor the progress of their submission throughout the review process.

To submit a manuscript, authors must first register on the journal’s website. After registration, authors can log in to upload their manuscript in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines and formatting requirements.

Authors are advised to carefully review the Author Guidelines prior to submission to ensure compliance with the journal’s requirements and to minimize the risk of desk rejection.
