TELAAH KASUS: DAMPAK PELAKSANAAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 23 TAHUN 2014 TERHADAP PENATAAN ORGANISASI DI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KEHUTANAN PROVINSI BENGKULU

Abstract

The impact of the enoctment of Low Number 23 of 2014 on Regional Government which related with the administration of assets in the form of inventory of personnel, funding, facilities and infrastructure, and documents (P3D). The purpose of this study is to analyze the organization arrangement at the Office of Environment and Forestry of Bengkulu Province. This type of research is descriptive research. The results of this study are produce the following important points: 1) Organizational structuring is an ongoing process for making changes, in this case can be seen through, juridical aspects, aspects of empirical needs and academic aspects; and 2) Organizational structuring under Law of the Regional Government has broad implications for the authority of each hierarchy of local government, where the redirects of P3D assets becomes a polemic that must be resolved quickly and accurately, then it is necessary for the rules of operationalization the Law no. 23 of 2014, in order to be understood by all parties in response to the issue of authority of each organization.
