Abstract

Abstract The process of reducing the rate of population growth must be thorough and sustainable, since population growth always experiences a dynamic process in a region and at a certain time. However, the government in question is the local government, in practice still often clash with the constraints that are dimensional. The condition is caused by something that is technical or non technical that can affect. this condition is closely related in the process of controlling the rate of population growth, both on a national scale and at the regional level. The results suggest that there are influential factors in the rate of population growth, such as early marriage, lack of public awareness in receiving and running the government programs. It is need the action from the Agency of Women's Empowerment and Family Planning of North Bengkulu Regency to solve synergy between local government and central government.
