Abstract

In general, a village is a legal community unit that has certain territorial boundaries and has the authority to regulate and manage the interests of the local community based on local origins and customs recognized by the state, as in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Kungkilan Village, in West Pendopo District, is one of the villages that has a lot of hope, but also has many difficulties that must be addressed immediately in terms of providing the necessary infrastructure, so it is very important to provide adequate infrastructure for the welfare of the community. In the public policy formulation phase, the political realities surrounding the public policy formulation process cannot be separated from the focus of the study. Resources also show optimal results where the aspects of staff, information, authority are categorized as maximum, but the facilities aspect is already maximum because there are still many facilities that are needed or updated. The Village Government needs to conduct training on how to report online without using a manual in Kungkilan Village, West Pendopo District, Empat Lawang Regency. Village officials should encourage more residents to participate in program development and find out what obstacles the community has in not being able to participate in program development in the Village.
