Abstract

Government aware about the importance of the village as the smallest territorial units that contribute in supporting the Republic of Indonesia. It is the underlying, how the villagers live and grow in this archipelago (nusantara) long before the Unitary Republic of Indonesia stands. The enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014, affirming the political and constitutional commitment that the state protects and empowers villagers to become powerful, advanced, independent, and democratic so as to create a solid foundation in implementing governance and development. Thus, to create the conditions referred village, then the village facilitator and context of public participation was important to observe carefully, in order to realization an independent and prosperous village.
